Ordering
How do I place an order?
Pick a product, then send us your search URL (Apollo, Sales Navigator or Crunchbase) or describe your target audience — job titles, industries, locations, company size. We confirm the spec and exact price before anything runs. Self-serve dashboard ordering is coming soon.
Do I need my own Apollo / Sales Navigator / Crunchbase subscription?
No. Every export runs on our own infrastructure. If you have a search URL, great — if not, describe your ICP and we build the search for you.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums start at $30 depending on the product — among the lowest in the industry. Each product page lists its exact minimum.
Can you handle very large orders?
Yes. Published pricing covers orders up to 50,000 records; above that, ping us on chat — volume pricing gets significantly better at scale.
Do my credits or files expire?
Never. There are no credits — you pay per order, and every file you buy is yours forever.
Data quality
How fresh is the data?
Every order is scraped fresh at order time — nothing comes from a stale pre-built database. Your CSV includes a scrape timestamp.
What if emails bounce?
Add email verification (+$2/1K) and every address is checked through a verification pass before delivery. For cold outreach we also recommend catch-all verification (+$4/1K) to safely unlock catch-all domains.
How does matched-only billing work?
On phone products and enrichment, you are billed only for records where we actually found the data. A 10,000-row enrichment that matches 7,200 emails bills for 7,200 — the misses are free.
What is waterfall enrichment?
We cascade each row of your list through 8+ data providers in sequence until a verified email (or phone) is found, and ship the result with a source-attribution column so you can see where each record came from.
Do you deduplicate?
Yes — every delivery is deduplicated. Want it deduped against your existing CRM too? Send a suppression list with your order.
Delivery & payment
How fast is delivery?
Standard exports: 24–48 hours. Enrichment: 48–72 hours. Premium (ZoomInfo-grade): 3–5 days. Each product page shows its own turnaround.
What format do I receive?
Clean CSV with labeled columns, ready for Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, Salesforce or any CRM.
How do I pay?
Card payment via Stripe. Subscriptions (like the Newly-Funded Weekly Feed) bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
What is your refund policy?
If a delivery does not match the agreed spec, we re-run or credit it. Phones and enrichment are billed matched-only, so you never pay for data we could not find. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Compliance
Is this legal?
We deliver publicly available B2B business contact data, framed as a custom list-building service. Business contact data is treated differently from consumer data under GDPR (legitimate interest) and CCPA. How you use the data — cold email, calling — is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, PECR, TCPA and similar).
Do you sell consumer data?
No. We deal exclusively in business-to-business contact and firmographic data, for B2B use cases.
What about phone compliance?
Phone products are US-focused and every record ships with a DNC flag and phone-type column. Checking do-not-call registries before dialing is the caller's responsibility — see our Data Agreement.
Can someone opt out of your data?
Yes — any individual can request removal via our privacy contact, and we maintain a suppression list applied to future deliveries.
