Data Agreement
Last updated: September 2026
This agreement covers how our data is sourced and what you, the customer, agree to when using it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. How data is sourced
Deliveries are compiled at order time from publicly available web sources and licensed data providers, as a custom list-building service. Each file includes provenance metadata (scrape timestamp and, where applicable, verification status and source attribution).
2. B2B scope
All data we deliver is business contact data: names, job titles, business emails, business/direct phone numbers and firmographics. We do not sell consumer marketing data.
3. Your responsibilities as data user
- Email outreach: comply with CAN-SPAM (US), PECR (UK), GDPR/ePrivacy (EU), CASL (Canada) and equivalents — include an unsubscribe mechanism, honor opt-outs, identify yourself truthfully.
- Calling: phone records ship with DNC flags and phone-type columns; screening against do-not-call registries before dialing, and TCPA compliance for any automated dialing, is your responsibility.
- Lawful basis: where GDPR applies to your outreach, you are the controller for your use of the data and must maintain your own lawful basis (typically legitimate interest for B2B) and honor data-subject rights.
- No resale: delivered files are for your internal business use and may not be resold or republished as a data product.
4. Suppression & removals
We maintain a global suppression list of individuals who have requested removal, applied to all future deliveries. Forward any removal request you receive to privacy@leadscorpion.club and delete the record from your copies.
5. Warranties
We warrant that deliveries are produced as described on the relevant product page. We do not warrant fitness of the data for any particular campaign outcome.
